Dr Susan Wan is a Nephrologist and Transplant Physician in Sydney. She obtained her MBBS from The University of Western Australia, and after completing specialty training in Nephrology with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, she went on to pursue a Clinical Fellowship in Kidney Transplantation at the McGill University Health Centre in Montréal, Canada. She is a clinical researcher in kidney transplantation, having been awarded a Master of Medicine in Clinical Epidemiology and a PhD in Kidney Transplantation from The University of Sydney. Her research examines the development of donor specific antibodies in kidney transplant recipients, and their roles in antibody mediated rejection and graft outcomes.
