STEP 3:
SUBMIT YOUR CONTENT BY 26 OCT
Confirm your participation by completing and submitting the required ANZSN PRESENTER AGREEMENT.PDF by 7 October.  Download the form, complete and sign it and email it to mail@conferencedesign.com.au. Confirm your participation by registering for the ASM by 7 October. Your registration link is provided in your acceptance email. Pre-record your presentation. This video must not exceed 5 minutes in total. We recommend limiting your presentation to 5-10 slides and try to include your face as much as possible for that ‘human’ element. Click here for instructions on how to create your video and hints and tips on how to make it engaging. Submit your video by Monday 26 October to the organisers via the following link for approval and inclusion. Files should be named using the following as a guide (ANZSN_MINIORAL_Lastname_Firstname)  and adding a keyword if submitting more than one presentation. The organisers will be in contact to advise if your files are suitable or if edits are required.

OPTIONAL HANDOUTS

STEP 6:

The online platform gives presenters the option to provide a maximum of three handouts, such as hyperlinks or documents, to delegates. Presenters will be sent a link for uploding their Handouts once they have confirmed their participation by registering.  All handouts should be submitted by 26 October. Join a pre-ASM rehearsal practice for the live Q&A session. The organisers will be in contact to advise the time of this rehearsal and how to join. Join the live Q&A session on your scheduled day and time and answer questions from the audience.
