Mani Panat

Nephrologist, Tamworth

Mani worked in India as a consultant nephrologist and was involved in technical problems with making dialysis machines parts, water treatment and clinical nephrology, which was detailed in a chapter in Critical Care Nephrology, Edited by Ronco, Kellum and Bellamo. He has been a Nephrologist in Tamworth since 2006 and has been involved in clinical nephrology research, teaching and computer databases. He was part of the team that managed to recycle water for the first time in a NSW hospital in 2020 and has been continuing to work on Green Nephrology initiatives as member of ANZSN environment committee.
