Dr Angela Vivanti is a Fellow of Dietitians Australia, Adjunct Associate Professor University of Queensland, and the Research and Development Dietitian at the Princess Alexandra Hospital. She has more than 30 years of experience across many dietetic areas. Angela has envisaged and re-aligned electronic documentation to take full advantage of e-HR capabilities for optimizing dietetic care and outcomes assessment, which included almost 50% increase in malnutrition diagnoses with no change in resources.

She actively contributes to the development and implementation of the Nutrition Care Process and Terminology, including integration into the internationally utilized SNOMED-CT, and is a foundational member of The Global TeleNutrition Consortium. Angela has over 3000 citations, has validated tools for clinical practice, and is co-author of “Nutrition Care Process and Terminology – a practical approach” to assist new generations to prepare for a changing world.
