Conference Accommodation Bookings

Accommodation will be held at the following hotels. In order to access the conference rates, accommodation must be booked as part of your conference registration.  We recommend you book at least 60 days prior to the conference as hotels require unsold rooms to be released at 90, 60 and 30 days prior.

Within 30 days, you will need to contact all hotels directly to book accommodation, including checking availability and the if the conference rates are still available.

Accommodation Bookings
Conference attendees can book accommodation in our block bookings when registering for the conference. If you have already registered, your confirmation email will include a link to add an accommodation booking. Accommodation can only be booked y registered attendees.
Accommodation Release – 30 Days
Accommodation will be held until 30 days prior to the conference when all unsold rooms will be released. After this date, you will need to contact the hotels directly to see if the conference rates are still available and whether there is any availability.
Accommodation Rates
All rates are per room, per night and do not include breakfast, unless otherwise specified.
Extended Bookings
Accommodation can be booked for the confirmed dates shown when booking. To extend accommodation bookings outside the available nights, please complete an accommodation booking and then email requesting the additional nights. All additional nights are subject to availability and will be confirmed with the hotel.
Changes and Cancellations
Cancellations and no-shows will incur a charge of at least one night’s accommodation. Each hotel’s policy varies, and late cancellations and no-shows may be charged for all the nights booked. Please check individual cancellation policies listed under each property. Cancellations and date changes must be received in writing, emailed to mail@conferencedesign.com.au.
Payment
When you book accommodation, you can select to pay on check-out with a credit card or pay your accommodation as part of the registration. All accommodation pre-payments made when registering will be forwarded to the selected hotel. Pre-payments must be received 30-days prior to the conference.
All incidental expenses must be settled using a credit card upon check-out.
Third-Party Credit Cards
If you wish to pay using a third-party credit card, for example a work card you will not have with you on check-out, you will need complete a Credit Card Authorisation form before you arrive. Please contact Conference Design at mail@conferencedesign.com.au if you wish to complete a Credit Card Authorisation form.
Credit Card Guarantees
Credit card details must be provided for all bookings and will be forwarded to the hotel to guarantee the booking.
Early Check-in Requests
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability on the day and cannot be confirmed by Conference Design. Requests for early check-in can be entered in the “Special Requests” field of your booking. The hotel will endeavour to accommodate request on the day. Please enquire about the status of your request at the front desk upon check-in.

Room Rates:

  • Guestroom – $270 AUD per night

Cancellation Policy:

  • Credit cards must be provided at time of booking, and will be charged for the full accommodation amount at 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will incur full cancellation fees.

Oaks Embassy Adelaide

Oaks Embassy offers stylish apartments with the comfort of first-class amenities and faciliteis just a short walk from the CBD.

Room Rates:

  • One Bedroom – $209 AUD per night
  • Two Bedroom – $279 AUD per night

Cancellation Policy:

  • Individual credit cards must be provided at time of booking, and will be charged for the full accommodation amount at 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations within 30 -14 days of arrival, will incur a fee equal to 1 nights.
  • Cancellations with 14 days of arrival, or no-shows, will be charged for all nights cancelled.

Holiday Inn Express Adelaide City Centre

The new Holiday Inn Express Adelaide is situated in the vibrant north-west quarter of Adelaide’s central business district. The hotel features 245 well-designed rooms, with free WiFi, a self-service laundry facility and fitness room.

  • Standard Queen Room – $225 AUD per night

Cancellation Policy:

  • Credit cards are required at time of booking to secure accommodation.
  • Cancellations within 30 days of arrival and no-shows, will incur full cancellation fees.

  • Executive King Room – $245 AUD per night

Cancellation Policy:

  • Individual credit cards must be provided at time of booking, and will be charged at 30 days for 1 x night’s pre-payment.
  • Cancellations within 30 days of arrival, and/or no-shows, will be fully charged for all room nights booked.

Adina Apartment Hotel Adelaide Treasury

  • Studio Room – $229 AUD per night

Cancellation Policy:

  • Credit card details must be provided at time of booking to secure all bookings.
  • Cancellations prior to 22 days of arrival will incur one night’s accommodation fee.
  • Cancellations within 22 days or arrival, and no-shows, will be subject to the entire accommodation charge for each room cancelled.
